If you haven’t received a confirmation number or a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox first and make sure that you entered the correct email address. If you still can't find your booking, then it’s likely that your booking has not been processed. Please login to your account to check if your reservation has in fact been made. 

Group bookings can't be made in the same way as individual bookings on the Wilshire Grand Hotel website. Please contact the front desk at 973-731-7007 if you wish to do a group booking. 

If you wish to amend your booking, please contact the hotel directly. Only semi-flexible rates can be amended and this must be done five days prior to your date of arrival. Also, group bookings must do this at least 28 days before the arrival date. 

Yes. You can log into your Wilshire Grand Hotel account from the homepage of our website. At that time, you’ll be asked to enter the email address used when registering and your chosen password. Or you can call the front desk at 973-731-7007.

Should you need an invoice, please use the confirmation email that you receive upon making your booking. Or you can request a copy from the front desk. 

Please contact the specific hotel using our help widget to inform the staff of your plans. If you intend to arrive after 2:00 a.m. on the scheduled date of your arrival, you must inform the hotel. Otherwise, our no-show policy will apply. Please inform the hotel here. We’ll do our very best to contact you before we cancel your reservation. 

Customers are able to check in at any time after 3:00 p.m. up until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, which is the checkout time. If you intend to arrive after 2:00 a.m. on the scheduled date of arrival, you must inform the hotel otherwise our no-show policy will apply. Please inform the hotel here. Also, please note our hotels are staffed 24 hours a day. 

Customers need to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the departure date. The Wilshire Grand Hotel does offer a late checkout up until 1:00 p.m. Please note that this flexibility comes at an additional cost. A late checkout can be purchased online or directly at the hotel and is subject to availability.

Our hotels are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Smoking is not permitted. The Wilshire Grand Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy within all parts of the hotel.

Children of any age can stay at the hotel as long as they are accompanied by an adult. An adult is considered to be those aged 18 years and above.

Hairdryers and irons are available in many of our hotel receptions. Please see the specific hotel page for more information. Kettles are not available in our rooms. However, our hotels have cafes and restaurants in the nearby vicinity.

Yes, we do have meeting rooms in our hotel.

When planning to stay at The Wilshire Grand Hotel with your pet, please inform the reservation agent. You’ll be requested to complete the pet policy agreement/waiver at check-in.

Yes, the Wilshire Grand hotel has lifts/elevators. However, as each hotel is different, please see the specific hotel page for more information. 

Yes, you can book this room type without any disability. However, if you don't have a disability, we would prefer that you book a standard room. That way, these types of rooms will be available for those who need them the most. 

Yes, these items are included in your room purchase. 

We are happy for our customers to have guests in the hotel, but they need to be accompanied by the customer at all times for security purposes. 

Rooms are cleaned prior to arrival and the Wilshire Grand Hotel provide this service free of charge. However, for some hotels, you’ll need to purchase it at an extra cost. This can be bought online at the time of your booking. 

Yes, all of our rooms come with en-suite facilities. 

Unfortunately, rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, it is not possible to request rooms next to each other or on a particular floor. 

A family room can accommodate up to four guests. The room can have either two double beds or one double bed and two single beds. 

A Double room consists of one double bed and can accommodate two guests. 

We do have a bar and a restaurant in our facilities. Rooms service is also available upon request. 

Yes, we do offer breakfast.
